Kashi GoLean Diet
The Kashi GoLean program is based on a variety of high-fiber, low-fat cereals, bars and shakes that help curb hunger and protect muscle mass while aiding weight loss.
Kashi Plan
You can choose between Kashi GoLean cereal, shakes or bars for breakfast, lunch and snacks, then add in a healthy dinner meal. The Kashi products provide approximately 700 calories with nearly 100 percent of your daily protein and fiber needs and less than 15 percent of the daily fat recommendations.
Example of a Daily Plan
